Who are we looking for? 

• Licensed Professional Counselors. Licensed Associate Counselors, or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LPC, LAC, LCSW) licensed in the State of NJ, any experience level 

• Professionals who are looking for a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from home 

• We are a generalist practice, so all therapist’s specialty areas will be considered  

• Ambitious, ethical therapists who want to grow and develop professionally through free trainings and mentorship from the practice owner  

• Therapists seeking W2 or 1099 employment with part-time or full-time options

What are the job responsibilities? 

• Providing expert clinical judgment and delivery of psychotherapy for your caseload 

• Engaging in marketing activities as needed to maintain your client volume 

• Documentation of your clinical activities in a timely manner  

• Any administrative duties that will enhance your ability to care for your clients and recover billing for your clients  

• Maintaining continuing education requirements in order to maintain your licensure 

• Maintaining liability insurance 

• Maintaining licensure 

• Maintaining total confidentiality of client information. No client data may be discussed with anyone outside of Empower and Thrive Counseling, LLC practice
